Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across asset-intensive infrastructure, capital projects, digital transformation, and asset management
• Proven leadership across consulting firms, technology vendors, owner organizations, ideally in executive roles
• Strong background in capital program strategy, business development, strategic planning, and market expansion
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder capital and asset-intensive programs and deliver measurable operational, financial, and societal value
• Experience operating in regulated and/or safety-critical environments
• Expertise in one or more of the following industries, Rail & Transit, Energy, Utilities, Retail, Automotive, Manufacturing, Airports
• Credentials and expertise in combinations of: Digital twins/simulation, IoT/connected telemetry, analytics, AI/ML (including GenAI), and enterprise integration, PMIS/PPM platforms, project controls, and capital program governance, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), reliability/maintenance practices, and asset data foundations, OT/ICS environments (e.g., SCADA, industrial control systems, building systems, operational networks), as applicable to the domain, Condition assessment/NDE approaches and asset risk frameworks
