Job Description
As a Field Construction Manager at Accenture, you'll oversee and manage field construction activities across multiple service areas, including pole groundline inspection and treatment, wood pole restoration, steel pole & tower inspection & repair, and aluminum bell base insulator replacement. You'll lead job start meetings, ensure compliance with technical specifications, and identify, evaluate, and report hazard conditions. You'll also manage field construction teams, coordinate schedules, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing field construction projects or teams in similar roles
- Strong technical knowledge in pole and tower inspections, repairs, and restoration
- Leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate multiple service areas
