Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or another cost/construction-focused field
- 7+ years of cost management experience
- Experience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials
- Proficiency in advanced functions in CostX, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint), and Microsoft Project
