Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Owner’s Authorized Representative II – K-12, ANS

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking an Owner’s Authorized Representative II for K-12 projects in Carson, South Gate, San Fernando Valley, and Los Angeles. This full-time, on-site role involves managing all phases of construction projects, ensuring goals and deadlines are met. The position requires reviewing documents, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring budgets, and managing contractor activities, all while focusing on project efficiency and leveraging technology to improve collaboration and outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management OR Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree and possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential or the ability to complete CCM within one (1) year of employment
• Minimum of 20 (twenty) years of experience and possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential the or ability to complete CCM within one (1) year of employment
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years full time paid professional experience in Construction and/or a combination of Project and Construction Management of Commercial and/or Public/Educational Facility Construction
• Minimum of five (5) years full time paid professional experience in managing large programs with projects having construction values more than $20M
