Job Description
You'll work as a Senior Cost Manager on the Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects team, providing commercial management support to ensure clients are financially and contractually protected across data center projects. You'll lead the Cost Trend Management process and work with EPC teams to understand baseline estimates and manage cost changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying or related field
- 5+ years of related experience
- 5+ years of experience managing the estimating or commercials on a major construction portfolio
- 5+ years of experience of commercial management during pre-construction of major construction projects
