Requirements
- Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and benchmarking reports
- Develop Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options
- Identify risks, support risk registers, and contribute to pre-contract and procurement processes
- Attend client and design team meetings, advise on cost implications, and capture key actions
- Assist with lease negotiations, change orders, invoices, cost reports, and development appraisals
- Contribute to project templates, draft qualification questionnaires, and take on additional duties as required
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in cost estimating or quantity surveying
- Proficient in the use of advanced functions in CostX to produce estimates, bills, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) at an appropriate level
- Contact preparation skills
