UX Researcher

We are looking for a UX Researcher to strengthen our remote delivery teams. The successful candidate will lead the full research lifecycle, generate and act on insights, establish and advocate for research, collaborate and coach, and handle research logistics.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience conducting User Research
• Deep expertise across the full research lifecycle, proficient in both qualitative and quantitative methods
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Hands-on experience managing research logistics, including participant recruitment and scheduling interviews/tests
• Experience facilitating Usability tests and interviews for software products, with familiarity with remote testing tools
• Experience collaborating effectively with Agile product development teams
• A University Degree in a relevant field (Master’s or PhD is a plus)
