Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector
- At least 2 years in supervisory or management roles
- Solid knowledge of banking regulations, financial products, and market trends
- High relationship management and commercial skills
- Good knowledge of retail banking products and credit principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems
- Fluency in Portuguese (English is an asset)
