Job Description
Serve as patients' first point of contact, create a welcoming environment, guide patients through check-in, collect accurate data, schedule appointments, process payments, and deliver high-quality customer service to support ACCESS' patient-centered medical home model.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic proficiency in computer skills
- Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays
- CPR/Basic Life Support Certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish
