Safety Ambassador/Concierge

Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Safety Ambassador/Concierge to act as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong security background, and the ability to create a welcoming and secure environment.

What You Will Do

Greet clients and visitors, provide information and assistance, monitor and control access, conduct regular patrols, assist with security checks and inspections, respond to security incidents and emergencies, maintain clear communication with the security team and management, and prepare reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a concierge, customer service, or security role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
