Security Ambassador

Role Overview

We're looking for a Security Ambassador to provide continuous patrol and security services for our casino, hotel, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a guest service-related field and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include providing security for guests and team members, responding to disturbances and alarms, addressing medical situations, and operating Security Dispatch. You'll also assist leadership and prepare reports on Security-related incidents.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a guest service-related field
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Driver's License
• CPR Certificate and Bloodborne Pathogen training
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving, mediation, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify and quickly respond to potential problems and conflicts
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to write clear, accurate, and concise reports
