Security Ambassador - Events

Role Overview

The Security Officer is responsible for properly executing security duties on an assigned shift to adequately protect the life and property of customers, employees, and others on HCCTR property.

What You Will Do

Ensures the safety of employees and others, greets patrons, visually inspects bags and purses, reports irregularities, and maintains confidentiality.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Previous customer service experience preferred, must be a minimum of 21 years of age, and must have good observation skills.

Requirements

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must obtain licensing with the West Virginia Racing Commissions every year of employment.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must have good observation skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
