Security Ambassador - Day Shift

Role Overview

The Security Ambassador is responsible for ensuring the safety of customers, employees, and others while on the premises of the casino. This includes greeting patrons, visually inspecting bags and purses, and reporting critical situations. The Security Ambassador will also be responsible for patrolling the casino premises, buildings, and grounds, and ensuring the integrity of all slot and table games.

What You Will Do

The Security Ambassador will perform a variety of duties, including greeting patrons, visually inspecting bags and purses, reporting critical situations, patrolling the casino premises, and ensuring the integrity of all slot and table games. They will also be responsible for transporting gaming chips, performing drops for table games, and examining doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have good observation skills, be flexible to work all shifts, and be able to deal effectively with customers and employees. Previous customer service experience is preferred, and you must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to three months related experience and/or training
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
• Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts
• Ability to apply common sense understanding
• Must obtain licensing with the West Virginia Lottery and Racing Commissions
• CPR certification is mandatory
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for the state in which you reside
