Behavioral Health Support (Montgomery County)

Behavioral Health Support team members will join the Starting Point Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation program in Montgomery County to support individuals with mental health diagnoses in achieving their goals using the Psych Rehab model. The team will meet with individuals in their own spaces to help them on their recovery journey.
