Home and Community Direct Support Professional, Allentown/Quakertown

We are seeking caring and patient Direct Support Professionals to provide supports to adults with developmental disabilities/Autism in a home environment. As a Direct Support Professional, you will enable individuals to flourish in their desired home context, maintain or increase their independence, and live their best lives.

Requirements

• Assist individuals with developmental intellectual disabilities
• Provide creative support through various tasks, activities, and/or community engagement
• Maintain appropriate case notes for the individuals served
• Engage in supervision, training, and professional development
