Job Description
We are seeking caring and patient Direct Support Professionals to join our In Home Supports team to provide supports to adults with developmental disabilities/Autism. Paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Assist individuals with developmental intellectual disabilities in daily tasks, activities, and community engagement
- Provide safe crisis management techniques, emotional support, and positive reinforcement
- Maintain case notes and engage in supervision, training, and professional development
