Agent Deployment Engineer (f/m/x)

We are a Strategy and Management Consulting firm that shapes the future of mobility and energy together with industry leaders. As an Agent Deployment Engineer, you will sit at the interface between consulting and software engineering, developing new services and solutions in the field of generative AI.

Requirements

• Studies: Successfully completed university degree - ideally with touchpoints to Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Physics, or Software Engineering
• Growth Mindset: Curiosity, daily learning motivation, and the willingness to go the extra mile in intense project phases
• Professional experience: 2-3 years of relevant full-time work experience
• Industry interest: You are curious about innovative technologies, have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, and enthusiasm for accompanying companies in their KI transformation
• Language skills: Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level)
• Travel readiness: 1-3 days per week in the DACH region
