Requirements

• Completed university degree
• Curiosity, a daily willingness to learn, and readiness to go the extra mile during intensive project phases
• 1–3 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or internships in consulting or in the automotive, energy, or public sectors
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level)
