Requirements

• Completed university degree
• 2–3 years of full-time experience in strategy or management consulting
• Excellent German and English (at least C1 level)
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving expertise
• Solid project management knowledge
