Assistant Superintendent

Join ACCIONA, a global company leading in regenerative infrastructure, as an Assistant Superintendent to support field operations across the SR400 Express Lanes Project in Georgia. Assist in coordinating work, managing subcontractors, and maintaining quality standards while ensuring compliance with GDOT standards and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of heavy civil construction experience
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant superintendent role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of GDOT specifications, safety standards, and traffic control requirements
• Familiarity with project management software and documentation tools
