
Job description
As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in supporting engineers, designers, and drafters by implementing robust document management practices throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Maintain and update document registers and numbering schemas, apply consistent version control across all project documents, issue documentation to internal and external stakeholders, and manage metadata, permissions, and file structures within CDE platforms.
2-3 years of experience in document control, proficiency with Common Data Environment (CDE) systems, strong understanding of document control standards and best practices, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
