We are a global company looking for an Asset Management Director to lead the management of assigned assets, ensuring their optimal performance. The ideal candidate has 10-20 years of asset management or project experience and a master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration.

Requirements

• Plan and coordinate operations and maintenance of assets
• Supervise operational and financial performance of each asset
• Prepare and manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets
• Analyze key performance indicators and prepare reports
• Maintain relationships with partners, clients, and authorities
• Supervise compliance with operation, maintenance, and service contracts
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational risks
• Coordinate with technical area to implement improvements and innovations
• Ensure compliance with regulations for asset operation
• Present comprehensive reports to management
