MOT Superintendent

ACCIONA is a global company leading in the development of regenerative infrastructure. The MOT Superintendent will lead and supervise MOT field crews in the installation, maintenance, and removal of traffic control devices, and ensure that all traffic control installations are safe and compliant with MUTCD and GDOT requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in roadway construction, traffic control, or heavy civil field supervision
• Strong working knowledge of MUTCD, GDOT standards, and TTC best practices
• ATSSA or National Safety Council certifications required (e.g., Traffic Control Supervisor, Traffic Control Technician)
• Demonstrated ability to lead field crews in active roadway environments
• Ability to read and interpret Traffic Control Plans and construction drawings
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
