We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage all procurement and commercial activities across the Malabar Systems Alliance Project.
Requirements
- Develop and implement the project procurement strategy aligned with program objectives and contractual obligations
- Lead end‐to‐end procurement activities, including market engagement, tendering, evaluation, contract negotiation, and award
- Manage high-value, complex contracts across systems, platforms, services, and sustainment
- Work closely with engineering, legal, finance, and project management teams to align procurement outcomes with technical and delivery requirements
- Engage with domestic and international suppliers and alliance partners, fostering strong and ethical commercial relationships
- Ensure compliance with applicable procurement policies, regulations, export controls, and security requirements
- Identify, assess, and manage procurement and supply chain risks
- Provide accurate reporting, cost analysis, and forecasting to senior project leadership
- Lead and mentor procurement specialists and support a high-performance commercial team
