PV Solar Technician

ACCIONA Energía is seeking a PV Solar Technician to support operations at our Union Solar Farm, Ohio. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting solar energy systems to ensure their safe, reliable, and efficient performance.

Requirements

• 2 years of directly related experience in solar, renewable energy, or equivalent electrical environments
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree or journeyman certification preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a U.S. passport
• Willingness to travel and work night shifts or extended hours as needed

Benefits

• Base Pay: $28 – $38 (based on experience, education, and skillset) plus on-call pay
• 5% Annual Performance Bonus and 5% Availability Bonus
