Job Description
We are a global company looking for a QA Technical Lead to join our team. The role involves transforming the IT QA function from reactive to proactive, automated, and AI-generated, focusing on engineering and encouraging development teams to take ownership of quality.
Requirements
- Manage, mentor, and enable the versatility of QA testers
- Design and maintain the automated test framework
- Support developers in implementing a global quality framework
- Implement AI Generative tools for creating synthetic data
- Supervise integration testing with hardware
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle
- Provide constructive feedback to team members
