Senior UI/UX Designer

ACCIONA is a global company that develops regenerative infrastructure. They are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to shape and modernize the user experience across their digital ecosystem. The role involves leading the end-to-end design process, driving UX vision, and influencing product direction.

Requirements

• Lead the creation of high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, UX flows, and interaction patterns
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and development teams to define product experiences
• Drive and maintain a modernised design system
• Validate design concepts through usability testing, user research, rapid prototyping, and iterative refinement
• Oversee design quality during development
• Provide strategic UX input into planning, prioritisation, sprint activities, and product roadmap development
• Mentor designers and uplift design thinking, user-centric practices, and experience-led decision-making
