ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment efforts, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver full-cycle recruitment and build strong, proactive talent pipelines aligned with project needs.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within construction, engineering, or infrastructure environments.
- Strong experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.) and HRIS platforms such as Workday.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating onboarding, pre-employment checks, and recruitment administration.
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and recruitment best practices in Canada (and/or North America).
