Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Prior experience of at least 5 years in a similar position and/or in a services company
• Experience in negotiating collective agreements and dealing with workers' committees, trade unions, and labor departments, ERTE management, etc.
• Advanced management of Microsoft Office
• High organizational capacity, resolutive, and good communication skills
• Own vehicle
