Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Geomatics and Topography, Technical Engineering in Topography, Topography degree, or similar title.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in similar positions, preferably in building and urbanization projects.
• Experience in replanning, surveys, volume measurements, and geometric control of work.
• Familiarity with topographic equipment: total station, GPS, and level.
• Knowledge of specific topography software and assisted design, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MDT, or similar.
• Desirable experience in residential urbanization projects.
• Ability to interpret plans, teamwork, and coordination with production in the work.
