Job Description
ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their Pleasanton, CA office. The role involves managing billings, assisting with set-up of projects, resolving billing issues, and serving as a backup for the billing team. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various software applications.
Requirements
- Assist in implementing T&M and Lump Sum billing.
- Prepare monthly billing projections and invoices.
- Research and resolve job/project cost issues.
- Maintain regional responsibility for researching issues.
- Assist in PMs with Job Cost reports and analysis.
- Proficiency in Gmail and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Construction industry experience is highly desirable
