Job Description
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, sales, labor needs, and leading a team. They should demonstrate strong communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to the company’s business objectives. The role includes supervising engineers and coordinating with field leaders and providing expert guidance to clients.
Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in estimating, design, or management of Electrical projects
- Demonstrated experience/ability to develop new business
- Strong interpersonal and project management abilities
- Valid class ‘c’ driver’s license
- Must possess & maintain a valid class “c” driver’s license
- Regular and routine attendance
