Job Description
This Project Executive position within ACCO Engineered Systems requires targeting and developing new revenue opportunities for Project Managers, focusing on cultivating client relationships and leading projects. The role involves financial management, mentorship, and contributing to overall company strategy. Successful candidates will manage project teams, analyze market opportunities, and drive business growth.
Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. degree in Engineering, Sales Management or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in estimating, designing and management of HVAC projects from $5 million to $25+ million.
- 10+ years of experience in successfully managing a team.
- Ability to operate independently and autonomously and possess discretionary judgment.
- Demonstrated commitment to ACCO’s culture and ethics policy.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient utilization and adaptation of management/accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Experience preferred in Business Systems Software (JDE, IFS, BidTracer, FastEst, Bluebeam, Box, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Strong sales and presentation skills.
