Job Description
ACCO is seeking a Project Manager responsible for client base development, HVAC/plumbing/process sales, and coordination of field labor needs. This role involves leadership, communication, budget management, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The project manager will lead a variety of projects, from concept engineering to contract execution, and contribute to overall ACCO's business strategy. This position requires the ability to mentor and train sales staff.
Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in estimating, design, and/or management of HVAC projects
- Strong interpersonal and project management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Business Systems Software (JDE, IFS, BidTracer, FastEst, Bluebeam, Box, Smartsheet, etc.)
