Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the client base, HVAC/plumbing/process sales, and coordinating field labor needs for ACCO's projects. This role involves leadership, financial control, communication with clients and team members, and ensuring project success through budget management, forecasting, and coordination. ACCO is seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee ACCO Engineering Systems.
Requirements
- Perform all project management functions required to promote and finalize sales.
- Successful management of contracts and financial aspects of jobs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- 5+ years experience in estimating, design, and/or management of HVAC projects.
- Strong interpersonal and project management abilities.
