Job Description
ACCO is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a client base, manage sales for HVAC/plumbing projects, and coordinate field labor needs. The Project Manager will lead sales efforts, including estimating, proposals, and meetings. They will also provide project leadership, coordinate departmental efforts, and mentor others. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to achieving project goals.
Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in estimating, design, and/or management of HVAC projects
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and autonomously
- Strong interpersonal and project management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
