The Service Sales Engineer role focuses on supporting the Regional Sales Manager and Project Manager by performing the outlined duties, primarily related to service project management. This position involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing existing customer relationships. The role aims to develop Service Sales Engineers and Service Project Managers and requires strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Prepare customer proposals
- Survey job sites and develop job cost estimates
- Visit jobsites and obtain pricing information
- Read construction drawings
- Prepare load calculations
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Communicate with field personnel
- Actively participate in pre-job meetings
- Maintain customer relationships and build relationships with field personnel.
