Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3–5+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong video production skills
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics
- Experience using AI tools for content creation and campaign optimization
- Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
Benefits
- Good faith annual salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 plus bonus
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, normal core business hours and as needed on nights and weekends
