Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the conversion, lease-up and ongoing management of a small portfolio located at Mantra Northbourne. The role will manage the property from pre-leasing through stabilisation and into long-term operations, ensuring strong occupancy, resident satisfaction and financial performance.
Requirements
- Current Class 1 Licensee ACT Real Estate Licence
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Proven ability to manage properties independently and unsupervised
- Experience using Console Cloud or similar property management software
