Job Description
Disability Support Worker role at ACCORD CARE, supporting NDIS participants with daily living activities, community access, and personal care.
Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or higher
- Experience supporting participants with complex diabetes
- Competent in BGL monitoring and recording
- Ability to administer insulin (pen or syringe) safely
- Experience testing and recording ketone levels
- Ability to follow diabetes care plans and protocols
- Experience in mental health and challenging behaviours
