Director

Accordion is seeking a Director to lead client engagements, drive business growth, and shape our European presence. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with 10+ years of experience in private equity, finance, or consulting.

Requirements

• Provide project leadership and execute on client engagements
• Manage work streams to agreed timelines
• Perform quality control of client deliverables
• Lead the presentation of deliverables
• Act as relationship manager
• Drive Accordion know-how and best practices
• Work with Business Development team
• Work closely with client management teams
• Lead/participate in consultant teach-ins
• Regular and extensive travel across Europe
• Mentor junior consultants
• Actively participate in the recruiting and on-boarding process
• Actively participate in the performance review process
