Job Description
We are looking for a Vice President, Data Platform to lead end-to-end delivery of modern data platforms for our clients, owning scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of technology delivery leading data platform or analytics programs in consulting/professional services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technology delivery leading data platform or analytics programs in consulting/professional services
- Proven success managing $1M–$5M+ multi-workstream programs with distributed teams
- Hands-on familiarity with Snowflake (warehouses, RBAC, performance/cost tuning) and Azure data services (ADF/Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, ADLS, networking & security)
- Strong command of agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), Jira/Azure DevOps, release planning, and CI/CD for data (Git-based workflows, environments)
- Practical experience implementing medallion architectures and lakehouse patterns, data modeling, and data quality/observability
- Stakeholder management at VP/C-suite level; crisp written/oral communication and executive reporting
