Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead key financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and business performance analysis initiatives across the Group.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in core FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, or business finance roles
• Industry experience is mandatory – preferably from product-based companies such as retail, consumer goods, luxury, manufacturing, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing large datasets with strategic thinking
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive financial discipline across the organization
