Job Description
Accufile is seeking a part-time research law librarian to support a law firm client with expertise in M&A, corporate, and legal research.
Requirements
- 5+ years of law firm library or research experience in a reference or research role
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MLIS from an ALA-accredited institution or JD from an ABA-accredited institution preferred
- Advanced knowledge of legal research platforms, including Westlaw, LexisNexis, Bloomberg Law, and similar tools
- Experience with a wide range of fee-based and free electronic databases, subject-specific resources, and legal analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain research findings
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with a distributed research team
