Job Description
AccuWeather is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to serve as the strategic right hand to the Chief Executive Officer. The Chief of Staff will operate as the CEO's trusted proxy, thought partner, and organizational connector, helping drive strategic initiatives, organizational alignment, and operational execution across the company.
Requirements
- MBA strongly preferred, or equivalent combination of leadership, operational, consulting, military, or strategic business experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive professional experience, including demonstrated leadership responsibilities
- Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, operations, business transformation, or a Chief of Staff / strategy role strongly preferred
