Job Description

The Director of Business Development is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning for Ace Technologies. This role leads both the business development and estimating function, ensuring a strong pipeline, competitive positioning, and profitable project acquisition.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or preconstruction within construction, low voltage, or technical services industries
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams
- Experience overseeing estimating or preconstruction functions
- Strong understanding of life safety systems, security, or technology-based solutions is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and close complex deals
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
