Administrative Manager - Industrial Sector

An international company in the technical and industrial sector is establishing a new Administrative Center in Querétaro, Mexico, and is seeking an Administrative Manager to set up and manage the center, overseeing a multi-functional team and ensuring efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective support across key business functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Proven experience in administrative operations, procurement, and team leadership
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulatory compliance (preferred)
• Experience in KPI development, performance tracking, and continuous improvement
