Senior CNC Swiss Programmer - Star SR Series

Acero Precision is seeking a Senior CNC Swiss Programmer to support complex medical manufacturing in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Swiss lathe programming and setup expertise, as well as experience with advanced CNC programming software and manufacturing technologies.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of CNC Swiss programming and setup experience in a production manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience programming and setting up Swiss-style lathes with Fanuc-based controls
• Strong experience with Star Swiss platforms or comparable Swiss Machines
• Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills
• Experience with CAD/CAM software such as PartMaker, Mastercam, CAMWorks, or Solidworks CAM
• Strong understanding of cutting tools, feeds/speeds, workholding, and Swiss machining processes
• Ability to lead by example and support production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of inspection methods and quality control procedures
