ACH Child and Family Services

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology and 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration or related HR functions

Pursuing a bachelor's degree, no experience required, knowledge of Microsoft products helpful

Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or education, 3 years of treatment services experience, licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW, certification in TF-CBT, Family Systems, and EMDR preferred

High school diploma required; 1-2 years data entry and clerical experience; proficient in MS Office and Bloomerang software

Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, 1 year of experience working with at-risk youth and families

Master’s degree, 3 years of treatment services, licensure

High school diploma, 6 months of direct care experience, and effective communication skills

High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred, 1 year direct care experience, experience leading or managing a team, and people management experience

Bachelor's degree in related field and experience in teaching, tutoring, and youth development

Bachelor's degree in Human Services and 4+ years of experience or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience. 3+ years of experience in a licensed residential program, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and understanding of trauma-informed care principles
