Job Description
The Program Manager is responsible for the development, programming, maintenance, teaching, supervising, and evaluation of the emergency services program. The Program Manager ensures that the program effectively meets the treatment needs of each client, that staff are appropriately supervised and supported in delivering services, and that the goals regarding conduct and performance established by management are achieved and established personnel policies are implemented.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field and four or more years of relevant experience or Master’s degree in Human Services with two years of relevant experience required
- Three years of experience in a licensed residential program, child placing agency or treatment setting working with children, youth and/or families
- Two years of supervisory experience required
- Understanding of trauma informed care principles required
- Training and experience in Trust Based Relational Intervention preferred
- Licensed Child Care Administrator preferred
